I went to Orthopedics today, and I have to go back on Wednesday and get a MRI. They still don’t know what is wrong with my hip, so I get to go be at the doctors for 2 hours. I just hope everything is OK and I’ll be able to get back to dancing when the term starts in two weeks.
Have any of you ever gotten a MRI? What should I expect?

Okay...
Yes...I've gotten an MRI...numerous times.
They're not that bad...okay, I take that back...they're a little scary. They made me lay flat on my back on a hospital bed, then wheeled that hospital bed into a circular machine, and they blindfold me, and it sounds like a hammer is being hit against the machine, but it's just the machine making that noise...i think it'll be different for you, though.
I didn't get an MRI because of my hip. Either way, I sympathize and will be waiting to see if everything turns out okay. :)
